Community Corporate

Getting Involved: What is Corporate Fundraising and how can you help?

As a valued volunteer at MDD, you are in a unique position to help grow our corporate partnerships and support.

When you share your knowledge and experience, people are often struck by the amazing work our charity does. Many want to get involved but aren’t sure how. That’s where you come in!

What Can You Do?

Introduce Us to Your Business Network: Think about the companies you or your friends/family work for. Reach out and let them know about Medical Detection Dogs. We’d be happy to discuss partnership opportunities, whether that’s hosting a fundraiser, sponsoring an event, or getting employees involved as volunteers.

Spread Awareness in Your Community: Keep a stack of our fundraising toolkits on hand. When friends, neighbours, or coworkers’ express interest in supporting us, you can easily share resources for hosting events, running campaigns, and more.

Host a Coffee Morning or Social Event: Our Coffee Morning Pack has everything you need to gather your colleagues, friends, or community for a fun, easy fundraiser. It includes game ideas, recipe inspiration, and tips for making it a success.

Get Your Workplace Involved: Does your company have a charitable giving program or employee volunteer days? Talk to your HR team about getting Medical Detection Dogs involved. We’re happy to provide information, materials, and ideas.

Make an Impact

Your passion for our mission and work is invaluable. By leveraging your personal and professional networks, you can help us build new corporate partnerships and raise crucial funds.

Every connection you make brings us one step closer to our goals – expanding our life-changing work to support even more people in need.
