Terms and Conditions for PAWFEST 2024 Jo Malone Hamper Prize draw

1. Organiser
   This prize draw is organised by Medical Detection Dogs, of 3 Millfield, Greenway Business Park, Winslow Road, Great Horwood, Milton Keynes MK17 0NP, registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, charity number 1124533.
2. Prize Provider
   Our prize is provided by Jo Malone, comprising a luxury hamper worth £450. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.

How to Enter

3. Entry Period
   The prize draw will be open from 9:00 AM on the 5th October 2024 to 5:00 PM on the 6th October 2024. Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.
4. Free Entry
   This prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase or donation is necessary.
5. Responsibility for Entries
   Medical Detection Dogs will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, any postal failure, technical malfunction, network, server, or software failure.
6. Agreement to Terms

7. Refusal of Entry
   Medical Detection Dogs reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Eligibility
   The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of Medical Detection Dogs or Jo Malone, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
9. Age Requirement
   Entrants must be 18 years or older.
10. One Entry per Person
    Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
11. Proof of Eligibility
    By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. Medical Detection Dogs may require you to provide proof of eligibility.
12. Disqualification
    Medical Detection Dogs reserves the right to disqualify entrants if their conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
13. Random Selection
    A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process within one month after the prize draw closes.
14. Notification of Winner
    The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided at entry within 7 days of the draw
15. Claiming the Prize
    If the winner does not respond to Medical Detection Dogs within 14 days of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Medical Detection Dogs will select another winner in accordance with the process outlined above.
16. Delivery of Prize
    The prize will be sent to the winner within 14 days of responding to Medical Detection Dogs with a valid postal address.
17. Prize Substitution
    The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Medical Detection Dogs reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control necessitate this.
18. Final Decision
    The decision of Medical Detection Dogs and Jo Malone regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. Winner’s Name and County
    The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Medical Detection Dogs within 60 days after the closing date of the prize draw.
20. Cancellation or Amendment
    Medical Detection Dogs reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

21.Liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, Medical Detection Dogs and Jo Malone will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of either party, their agents, or distributors. Your statutory rights are not affected.

22. Privacy
    Medical Detection Dogs is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and current UK data protection legislation.
23. Use of Personal Information
    By entering, you agree that any personal information provided with your entry may be held and used by Medical Detection Dogs and Jo Malone or their agents to administer the competition.
24. English Law
    This prize draw will be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
25. Terms Update
    Medical Detection Dogs reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on our website.
