Clive Everest

Clive is a qualified chartered accountant with over 30 years’ experience, who retired in 2016 as a Senior Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He dedicated the last 20 years to working with the not-for-profit sector, which he is passionate about. He has extensive experience of working at Board and Audit Committee level with leading organisations in UK central government, charities, higher education and health sectors, challenging and supporting executives and non-executives in organisations seeking to deliver excellence or to turn around performance in operations, governance, internal control or assurance.

Clive now uses those skills and experience to help not-for-profit organisations with good governance, accountability and effective control. He has been a Trustee of the Blue Cross since October 2016 and of Medical Detection Dogs since June 2019. He became our Chair in June 2021.
